TL;DR: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. No complicated forms or hidden conditions.
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. Because we sell digital goods and software as a service, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of your initial purchase. If you change your mind within this timeframe, we will issue a full refund back to your original payment method.
Refund requests made after you have exhausted the 14-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Please note that subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
